Emotional prejudice has no certain color,

For it exists in all the various races.
Emotional prejudice do not have a certain look,
For it's appearance in on various faces.

Emotional prejudice is not a "new" thought,
Or some figment of the imagination.
Emotional prejudice first reared it's head,
Right after the beginning of Man's creation.

Emotional prejudice is not some fiction,
Nor is it a myth or a fable.
The proof of its existence,
Began when Cain slew Abel.

Emotional prejudice is not solely limited,
To any special type of family.
Emotional prejudice spreads it's sin,
To the roots of all society.

Emotional prejudice is competition,
And it says no one is better than me.
Which is the opposite of cooperation,
That makes us the best that we can be.

In people's outward appearances,
There may seem to be social integration.
But deep in their hateful hearts,
Is the beast of emotional separation.

Within people is this attitude,
That says,"I would love you but......"
Yet, this is the emotional prejudice,
That's pure, raw and "uncut."

When will people recognize,
The wall that keeps them apart?
When will people share the common desire,
That exists in every person's heart.

No living being is ever created,
Without this desire I speak of.
For everyone who have emotions,
Also possess the feeling of Love.

Love is the power that tells us,
We are related as Sister or Brother.
That's why Jesus quoted the Commandment,
For us to Love One Another.
